Then, we look at your sleep hygiene – your sleeping position, your current mattress age and type, your hydration level, your protein intake, your daily routine for sleep. We develop strategies to help reduce the stresses contributing to your insomnia. Ultimately, your body is able to heal and regulate better to achieve much improved sleep.
